ph 454 belt grinder chassis is made of 1/4" plate steel CNC laser cut .
The 2" x 2" idlers , tracking wheel and drive wheel are made of billet aluminum . the billets are CNC Machined on a turning center to insure concentric smooth balanced wheels . the ph 454 has undergone many small changes over the years to continually strive to produce a grinder that is comfortable and easy to use . the motor and variable speed are nema 4
( dust proof ) totally protected from metal dust . complete knife making belt grinder . 1 tool arm , 1 tool rest ,flat platen with removable plate to allow slack work .
5" drive wheel 25 % faster than the stock 4" drive wheel .
